"It was a great experience The hotel is very near 10 minutes walk to sun plaza station for fansipan Host Kenny was very nice he woke up at 6.30 for breakfast for us. He is very responsive and if you are planning to go to fansipan i would recommend to get the desk from hotel it’s cheaper than buying tickets at the spot. Climate was very nice"

"The room was clean and cosy with heaters. The bathroom was okay with a bathtub without curtains as a shower which was not perfect. Hot water was running out really quick. View was nice when the fog was not present. Service was really good! The owner is omnipresent and is very helpful with information. He provided resourceful tours, but make sure to ask for a proper english speaking tour guide! a good 7.5-8 on 10"

"Watch out when booking this complex as they give you a room in their 2nd complex behind the front one so no view etc. Quite deceiving. The pool is a waste of time, no where to put your towel, no atmosphere & very cold. Would not waste my time staying out of the centre to stay here when better options for much cheaper."
