The room was clean, staff are very accommodating and helpful. Except that a foul smell coming out of the elevator from the ground is very annoying. We were thinking it’s coming from the outside of the hotel’s sewage system. But all in all, our stay was really pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast is super! Definitely one of my favorite part of the stay.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the standout. Rooms were good, breakfast good and lots of variety, location handy to small shops and restaurants, nice view down on to the lake. Only downside was the weather, quite a bit of fog, and some rain on last morning. Made it difficult to see mountains. The concierge Chau was the highlight, great English, great suggestions for food and tours. Would recommend to anyone just to meet her and enjoy her company.

Staff are all nice. Breakfast is great. However, I have to be honest about my experience. Our room was not that clean when we arrive. Towels and duvets have stains and the vibe of the room is like it has not been visited for a long time. It was dusty and has a smell.We only open the curtain once because the view was an abandoned building with trash in front of it. We were expecting a lake view but what was given to us was not the kind of room we expected. We almost left the next day but we didnt because of the breakfast and nice staff.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and patient, especially in helping contact the booking platform regarding booking cancellations and setting up the breakfast buffet earlier since we had to leave for Hanoi earlier last minute. Housekeeping was also prompt in responding to changing of stained bath mats that were actually clean. The staff assured me that the floor mats were washed properly, except the stains couldn’t be removed. They chose a less stained mat for the exchange. Rooms were spacious and water heaters and AC were working. Breakfast includes hot piping pho and eggs made to order, ordered with the buffet service staff. Buffet spread included fresh fruits and vegetables and cooked items which we all enjoyed.
