"This is the most amazing relaxing place on earth where you can just sit back and feel like you are retired . Staying here has made me want to live here and I’ve already started my research. The souther hospitality is superb.all of th amenities that this stay has is beyond a blessing . "This was the perfect place for the 8 of us plus one dog to stay! Not only was the interior beautifully appointed, sparkling clean, and well stocked, it had ALL the extras! A hot tub, a sauna, all the standard cooking spices and essentials, shampoo and conditioner and fresh flowers! There’s an incredible game room and the BIGGEST big screen TV we have ever seen! Outside we took advantage of the basketball hoop and went to see the kittens at the barn. We ran out of time to fish in the pond.It is convenient to Knoxville and Maryville and the airport. We spend one afternoon doing the adventure ropes course at Navitat which is about 20 minutes away. We got a family pack of barbecue one evening, and enjoyed sitting at the big table together. Mornings we had coffee on the front porch overlooking the pond.The hosts could not be any friendlier or more helpful. We look forward to returning again! "
"This house was incredible! Close to everything, quiet neighborhood, the house was clean and modern. All the amenities that you needed were right there. Really cute covered back porch and big wide open concept. Perfect for families. Would definitely recommend this property."

"Everything was wonderful. Tucked back out of the all the noise, yet close enough to participate in all the UTK events. Shopping, and restaurants were close. Comfortable and clean! Beautiful home! "
"We spent a long holiday weekend with our family of adult children and a baby and chose this house for the location close to UT. It was convenient as our daughter is a senior there and we attended a football game. The house provided enough beds/bathrooms for all 6 adults to be comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious. We used the gas grill for a cookout. The game room/rec. room was amazing! A lot of TV's and we used the pool table as well!
The house is set upon a small hill and surrounded by trees. It was very private.
We would like to suggest more pillows to be provided and maybe a larger kitchen table. We moved some bar stools up to the table to allow for more people to dine together.
We really enjoyed our stay and will be sure to book this house in the future!! Highly recommend! "
