「Great location for exploring downtown, with tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Noise was noticeable, but did not disrupt our stay. Parking was about a block away, but not an issue since there were spots to park out front for loading/unloading. And we really appreciate the luggage carts :) Host was very helpful and notified me immediately when they realized we left something behind. 」

「This property was pretty much perfect for my staying during the work week! The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. 「The location was just outside the walkable area of Knoxville, but our stay was absolutely amazing. The apartment was thoughtfully designed with beautiful design details and amenities. The shampoos and soaps were glorious and waters and treats on our arrival were a special treat. My daughter and I loved the location, privacy and super comfortable nature of this apartment.
