The room was clean and spacious and appeared to be recently remodeled. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options. Overall, we’ve enjoyed our brief one-night stay."

"This location is right on par with any Hampton Inn we"ve stayed at. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds and pillows, and the staff here was extrememly friendly and helpful. The pool was drained but we did not intend to use it anyhow. The fitness room was well appointed with mats, dumbells, bench, elliptical, treadmill, and Peleton bike. The only downside was the hotel fronts Henley Street, which is a main artiery through downtown. If you can get a room that faces the parking garage on the east, I'm sure it would be fine. But with the elevators, vending, and housecleaning facilities, more rooms face Henley St., and it can be very loud. Being downtown when visiting our son at the University was nice, but I would want to make sure I had a room on the wast side of the hotel if I stayed here again."

"I would stay here every time I was in Knoxville, if I could! So much space, light, and so comfortable and clean. We loved being on the river and being a short driving distance from the university. We also loved the free and ample parking. And when there was a minor issue with the HVAC, the host responded right away and fixed it. A definite 5 stars! "
