「Excellent location, comfortable, great breakfast. Very busy hotel」

「Worth the price. Room was very acceptable. Staff very accommodating 👌. I liked breakfast. A/C was good. Gym limited but work out went well. I asked for a double bed instead of a single and they switched me and I was very grateful. Had dinner there once and it was very good. Steak was very tasty and very good」

「This is a “no surprises hotel” good quality all around, even though it’s not fancy. Breakfast is good too」

「The bottle of water in the room was 9.9 BRL. It was too expensive. And the notice explaining that it was an additional charge was in very small letters. They should have written that in larger letters. In other countries like Middle Eastern hotels, bottled water is usually free, so I drank it thinking it was free. 」

「Tudo bem」

「Extremely disappointing stay — not what I expected from Meliá I stayed at Brasil 21 Suites by Meliá for 14 days and had to change rooms THREE different times. Two of the rooms were completely different from what I had reserved and were unacceptable for an extended stay. One room was extremely noisy, another had visible mold/staining on the walls, and the rooms generally felt outdated and poorly maintained. The TVs were outdated, walls were dirty and clearly needed a fresh coat of paint, and...
