"Beautiful modern room with nice ocean view. But not enough space for luggage. No drawers either. Rooftop Swimming pool was nice also. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants."

"Love the heated indoor and outdoor pools. With the weather at 10-15deg n a heated pool. Is just like having an onsen in the outdoor pools overlooking at the sea. Cannot miss this!"

"A bit of a dated room with lots of marks and scratches etc. Air conditioning also won't go lower than 25 degrees so room is very hot. But it was a clean hotel, very good area and friendly staff"

"Nice hotel. Convenient to the beach, Aquarium and market. kids loved the free snack area in the lobby. Appreciated that they provided both bath-sized towels and hand towels. The shower and toilet areas each had their own doors but there is no door to the entire wet area, so if you are sharing with someone else they just need to stay out of that part of the room while you dry off and dress. Not a big deal for my family. We used the free washer and drier. The washer worked fine but the dryer literally took all day to dry 2 loads of laundry. We had to go to a local laundromat and used the provided clothing racks in our rooms to fully dry the laundry."

"Location is great right on the main street in Haeundae. AC didn't work so we kept the lanai door open at night to cool the room, and the street noise occasionally woke us up."

"Excellent location, right on Haeundae Beach. Hotel is beautiful and the staff does a great job catering to the needs of its guests. The pools are of varying temperatures (wade pool, lap pool soaking pool, and outdoor pool) and the locker rooms are well stocked and attended to regularly by staff. We loved having the use of the free self-service laundry (detergent not provided) and lending library, which was a unique feature compared against other hotels. Breakfast at Aria was of good variety and freshness too. The ONLY gripe we had was that there were only 3 elevators to service all of the floors, so it took seemingly forever to travel to our floor/lobby/etc. We are excited to come back with our kids!"
