What an awesome place! We had a fantastic room with a stunning ocean view. The rooms were impeccably clean and neat, and the kitchen and bathroom features were very modern and well-designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this for a family trip.

Fantastic location, amazing ocean view, massive apartment in great condition. Parking was very handy would definitely stay there again. Bit tricky navigating the many lifts but after a few goes it’s easy.

This is not an hotel, this is an apartment block, a very nice apartment block. I did not like that we were issued a warning that if the building owners considered that we had left the apartment untidy then we would be subject to a 300k korean extra payment.

Good value and location for big family

Really good value for a family of four as the apartment is large and spacious. Instructions are clear to check in and they were quick to respond back via email. The towels were hidden behind the cabinet in the toilet so we thought there was no towels being provided and had yo call reception but they came through quickly with towels.

This place was great for my family. We have two little ones and we had plenty of room for them. The place was clean and employees were all nice and professional. Only thing I wished they had was a phone that I could call the front. Other than that, we loved our stay there and looking forward to coming back again!

Overall stay was good but they didn’t have big towels. Only providing small towels and the towels were bit worn out and dirty. Also asking us to wash dishes before check out. If not there is over $100 penalty. They should run dishes and provide clean dishes to their guests. Except these, everything was good

This location is perfect for family stay. Its has full kitchen, laundry (washing and dryer) and within the unit ,each room with separate ac control . View is amazing and very secure building. Few tips. 1. Korea changed the law so No free toothbursh/ 1 time use amenities. 2. They have shampoo/body wash and hair conditioner- No body lotion 3. Ask customer service for laundry detergent, they will bring individual packet 4. Full kitchen available if would like to cook. Refrigerator is very big and even separate refrigerator for kimchi only for longer stay. I would say, I will bring my family again here. Only thing that I wish is towel needs to be upgraded. Bit worn down. Other than that, highly recomend this place!

This is nowhere near a hotel vibe!

Pros -property had an amazing view -it was on the high end area -spacious floor area -smart home -comfy beds -modern building CONS -this is not a hotel so no hotel amenities -no proper reception for the "hotel" -no daily house keeping, there is 1 free cleaning if you stay for 4 nights or more, otherwise guests are to clean after themselves or pay for cleaning -no toilet paper refills, no complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste etc. -guests are required to sort out their trash, wash the dishes and are not allowed to make noise. -no facilities for guests, no pool no gym etc. Also, the surrounding area is a bit of the expensive side of Busan. People in the building are a bit of a snob, this goes for the residence reception employees as well. People stare at you if you don't look high end enough (i.e. not wearing chanel).

disadvantage : I rented a large room with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bathroom in the hallway smelled like rotting sewage, so I changed rooms at 11pm, and the new room smelled like rotting fish. The floor had not been cleaned so it was so dirty that the soles of my feet stuck to the floor, and hair was rolling around on the floor. The parking lot was difficult to find, and when I got to the counter on the 5th basement floor, it was in a corner as if I was in a basement warehouse, so it was very unpleasant to check in and the staff were not friendly at all and showed no sincerity towards customers. I want to tell the people not to pay a high price to enter this place. There was no phone connected to the front desk in the room. What should customers visiting from overseas like me do when it is difficult to use domestic Korean phones? Advantages : The reason I stayed on the 86th floor was because the night view was nice and I applied for a room with a view of the ocean and city.

It's a amazing apartment. The view is incredible and location is very good. What let's it down from the five star presidential apartment is that beside the apartment itself nothing is presidential. The checking-in process is poor, hardly any English is spoken. There is actually no front desk. Eventually we found some people at level B2 parking. As you may have read the towels are thin and small and one per bathroom. Very little shower gel or other amenities. There is a dishwasher but they didn't even leave one tablet. There is washing machine but no detergent. No instructions in English. Would I go there again, yes but I'll have to pack really well this time. Also room service is only every 4 days. I think the owner of this business is very tight with money. Big investment in these luxury apartments then this really poor experience they give there clients. I'm sure if they actually provided the presidential or Royal service they have in the name of the rooms they would have the best hotel in Busan.
