Since we love art, we were delighted as we opened the door and were greeted by a red, white and blue metal fish on the counter, the blue and red dog painting, various scenes from New Orleans and the New Orleans Saints. Our grandkids loved "the ballroom". (Pool table). The furnishings were kid friendly and there were toys for them. I love to cook, so I was so pleased to see how well stocked the kitchen was. "The house and dock were perfect for a weekend trip with friends from college. House was clean and had everything we needed. Power went out and generator kicked on a minute later. Plenty of hot water. Hosts were attentive and texted us to check in. Would definitely stay here again."

"The house was setup very nicely .We were 2 couples and 2 bathrooms were nice, I like the boathouse with fish cleaning station we had 2 fishing boats and was plenty of room for them , it was a little tight getting 2 trailers and 2 trucks in yard if center chain link fence was down it would of been a bit easier for our trailers to get in Overall it is a very nice place and we was very pleased"

"We loved the house, very clean and peaceful. Lots of room for kicking back with 2 enclosed porches and 1 open porch. You are right on the water where there is a boat lanch, boat deck, a fishing pier along with a fish cleaning station. We will definitely be returning."

"My 2 oldest boys are in school at Tech. We came to Ruston to celebrate Easter with their 2 younger brothers & grandparents. Best decision ever to try this over getting a hotel room! We will definitely come back! Had a great weekend & it was sooooo nice not being on top of each other!!"

"Great Lake house. We have stayed here twice with our family. Home well equipped with everything you need. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked very well. Our grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock."

"Beautiful home. We travel the country for softball & this is one of the cleanest homes we have ever stayed in. Home was large enough for everyone to spread out. All beds are brand new & very comfortable. Kitchen & both baths fully stocked. The most stocked home we have ever stayed in. Home is close to Grambling State. We were in town for a softball tournament at Ruston Sportsplex which is only 10 min away."
