「What stood out in this property was the QUALITY of the fittings and furnishings, beginning with the feather-touch opening of the front garden gate, through to the immaculate bathroom shower and kitchen with its smart mini hob and in-a-drawer dishwasher, the first I have ever seen. 「Modern, quiet and comfy. Good 3 bedroom apartment close to Mt Gravatt shops and cafes. Easy access and 2 car park spaces.」

「The location so close to the surf beach worked very well for us. Also perfect for eateries, whale watching and walks in Point Lookout. It was a bit dark inside due to a broken blind that was permanently down but otherwise everything was excellent. The studio was very clean and it was obvious that it had been renovated very recently.」
