"This place is off-site. The entrance has stairs, not friendly for travelers with big luggage, which I think should be most of the cases. It is clean. Served the basic needs. "

"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

"Very nice place. Quiet. Got a good night sleep here. The guy who run this place where also very nice. Only thing is the stairs uppstairs is a litle dangerous for small kids. We put something infront of the stairs so our 2 year old wouldnt fall. If we go back to this part of germany we wil rent it again. "

Zuerst hat unsere Tochter /Schwiegersohn mit Kinder übernachtet für 3 Nächte und anschliessend ist unsere andere Tochter/Schwiegersohn für eine Nacht im Stellwerk logiert. Wir konnten vorweg ein Bettwäscheset bestellen. Alles hat super geklappt. "The room was spotless and very chic. Its small, so not a lot of room for big luggage. The location was perfect for traveling by train because it's one bus stop away from the train station. Down a few stairs and you're in the charming streets of Basel. I would stay here again! "
