The staff were lovely and our rooms were nice and comfortable. Location was convenient for salami g and transportation. Trams were compliments of the hotel, when we arrived they gave us a pass good for free transport. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was well located, easy to walk to the main attractions, but also easy to access with a car. The free parking was appreciated. They lent us an adapter, which is a good little bonus. The room was clean, the kitchen useful with even a dish washer. The mattress was too hard for our liking.

Easy to reach public transportation. The Basel card was included with the room making all public transportation free. Not much for restaurants around the hotel. Bed was very firm. No A/C in the room and the window only opened a small amount. Not good in the summer. Was OK while we stayed but the weather was cool.

The hotel is clean comfortable, and nice. It’s in a good location and close to a tram stop. The only thing that isn’t excellent is that the WiFi is painful slow less than 3 mbps in the room.

I absolutely loved this property. It is in a great location and close to food, buses, and the river. The room itself was clean and it was so convenient to have a small kitchen to prepare food. I would highly recommend!

Worth the higher price

One of the best accommodation we had during our EU trip. It's has higher price compared to other hotel but it is practically an apartment with fully functional kitchen which can be great to cut cost on dining. The location is also great.

Excellent hotel, within walking distance to center and the Rhine. Tram stop 2 mins walk from hotel if you don't want to stretch your legs. Rooms good with a kitchen and appliances. I only used kettle and fridge. Staff very nice. Would recommend.

Great flexibility for eating in or eating out, good location on quieter street but easy to walk to everything, transport links, grocery stores close by to stock up the fridge, nice walls by the river. Linen and towels clean and fresh. Kitchen reasonably stocked. Found kettle in cupboard which is essential for us brits. Only downside is we couldn't adjust the air con below 22 degrees which was a little too warm at night but not the end of the world. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Basel.

Nice apartahotel

The location was great and the apartahotel was very comfortable. It is a 3.8 to 4 starts. They mentioned they do cleaning of each apartment once a week. It would be nice to have the option to have more recent cleanings upon request and at an extra cost.

Friendly reception, comfortable family room, used for 1 overnight stay, commuting between northern Italy en the Netherlands, nice opportunity to visit Basel. A little outdated rooms, and windows look creepy, with the plastic foil on the outside.
