Wonderful experience. Amazing staff, food and spa! Food and nature were wonderful

Good but breakfast was average and we had a few occasions when we ran out of hot water. Excellent location within walking distance of most attractions. We enjoyed the space in the apartment and the use of a washing machine and dryer

Loved the staff, breakfast and the proximity to the Old Town, from the Gates of Dawn onwards. Informative Yuste was the first ever to pour champagne for us at Check-in. Sandra of the cleaning crew was just Exceptionally kind and attentive. Please thank both for us. Thank you!

This is bang in the centre of town, close to restaurants, sights. Everything is within walking distance. The lady gave me clear instructions on how to access the building and my room as there's usually no-one in reception. She was very helpful when i was looking at train times to Traki castle. The room is very simple, had a kettle, some tea sachets. The shower had instant hot water (great as i usually have to wait for it to heat up). I did have breakfast once which was rye bread, salmon, little mozzarella balls, yohurt with muesli/nuts and coffee. It shares the front door with a Japanese restaurant and theres a constant smell of old fried oil in the air which i disliked. It would be great to have some candles or pot pouri to offset the smell.

Air conditioning was not working We have not received our welcome package They did not provide drinking water. Noisy street. Uncomfortable beds Not clean sheets Did not refill shampoo and soaps. Damaged my luggage.
