ロイヤル リッジ ホテル

「The Manager, John, gave me and my Son outstanding customer service, our room was clean and our bed was comfy, and the waffles in the morning were delicious. We plan on staying here again.」

「It was a good stay. Comfortable beds quiet environment. The room did have a smell and there was a dusty smell when the air conditioner came on. The bathroom could have been updated a bit. Overall it was a good comfortable stay. A lot of places near by and close to downtown.」

「The staff were very kind. Breakfast was delicious, too. The entrance to the parking lot was a little bit hard to find. Thank you for borrowing me the Costa Rican bottle opener.」

「スタッフの方はみんな優しくてまた宿泊したいです。」

The breakfast help did not address the most urgent needs first which was “no coffee.” We waited at least 45 minutes for it. We had coffee...

「Enjoyed our stay!」

「Booked this for my parents…. Booked them a king size bedroom. They arrived to the hotel & the hotel did not offer them the room i paid for them - only said they had 2 queens. Kind of a bummer」
