Travelling across Canada, pay $300 for a room and listen to drunks coming in up until 4 am literally yelling to one another down the hall, stomping up and down the stairs. Mention it to the front desk clerk didn’t get an apology, nothing. Absolutely ridiculous! And the rooms aren’t even that nice ...

There was no parking around the hotel so we had to park in the street and received a $97 ticket as a result. The spa and pool aren’t actually accessible to customers of the hotel unless you pay $40 per person which is disappointing.

I would have liked the cleaning staff to come after 2 days but I had to ask for new towels... they should come every 2nd day and remove the used ones after 2 uses.
