"At check-in, there was an intense cigarette smell everywhere. Countrrtop, glassware and furniture were dirty. 2 chairs were broken.
Communicated the issues with Management on multiple times; by phone, text messages and online. Got no « real person » replies and nobody came to check on the issues or offered options to fix the problems.
Very disapointed about the facility and the poor support"

"Everything was great. Chalet is very clean and cosy. Just sit back and relax. Large kitchen for cooking together and enjoying meals. Also we appreciated doing a fire outside at night it was amazing . "
