「We booked 2 twin rooms through expedia and when we arrived we were told that only one room was booked Two of us had to get a single room at an extra cost of just under 30 euros each I spoke to the manager the next morning and he is blaming expedia and told me i must ring them to get a refund I feel like i have been fobbed off」

「ホテルのスタッフは皆親切で感じが良かったです。 エレベーターがないので急な階段を３階までスーツケースを運ぶのは大変でした。荷物がある方は上階ではない部屋をおススメします。 また、ドライヤーが昔の蛇腹ホースタイプなので髪が長いと乾かすのにとても時間がかかります。 土曜の夜のせいかホテル周辺には車を停められず、雨の中町の駐車場まで停めに行きました。 」

「We needed to change our reservation date and the proprietor was very helpful as we worked through this with Expedia to make it happen. The room was nicely appointed and it had a large bathroom. Breakfast the next day was excellent.」

「From check in to check out , staff member Guelena was so welcoming and helped us. She even offered to help us to carry our luggage upstairs as the lift was out of service , she was fantastic and fabulous , we need more people like her , so kind and helpful, always smiling. 「Stop looking and stay here! Fabien’s hospitality made it so worth it. Met us upon arrival, very clear instructions and he brought us a fresh breakfast in the morning. Flat has everything a family of 4 (two young teen kids) could need. The location couldn’t be better, minutes away from historic sites and amazing food options. No street noise. Can’t say enough about how great the stay was, will return and stay here again, without hesitation. Merci Fabien!」

Réservation faite pour 2 personnes mais nous n'avions qu'une serviette et pas de tapis de bains. La porte de la chambre laissait passé un gros courant d'air Personnel gentil point positif. Convient pour une nuit voir 2 maximum, mais pas plus. 」

「This is essentially a motel in Villers and as far as motels go, it was fine. The bedding and towels were clean but the room could not be called well-maintained otherwise. There were plenty of insects outside the doors and along the corridors. The fire alarm in another unit went off at 6:00 AM during my stay and remained blaring for around 10 minutes, though I cannot say whether this was actually the establishment's fault or whether the occupant was culpable. 「I had the pleasure of staying at Villa des Iris at the beginning of December. For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night). I was the only one staying in the villa, but I had a very cozy and wonderful stay while I visited Bervais and Amiens.」
