「L’hôtel en lui-même et tous les services ont été parfait. Le petit. Négatif serait un peu les alentours et après il y a possibilité de prendre les transports publics qui en a bien suffisamment ou une location de voiture ou les prix sont intéressants. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel que j’ai trouvé très intéressant avec un personnel sympathique」

「My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. We could easily walk to a range of really good bars and restaurants and there is a massive supermarket five minutes walk away. Loved it.」

「We were very pleased with this hotel at the center of Heraklion. We had a balcony to overlook a plaza and churches, there were tons of restaurants, bars, cafe's, stores and bus stops just a few minutes' walk, and it was very close to the downtown area. Even parking was not bad - we found a 24-hour public parking close by. Our room was cozy and quiet with a large bed, and a clean bathroom that had no water leak (happens often in abroad). The staff were nice and helpful We tried the restaurants...

「Très bon séjour, petit déjeuner excellent (sauf machine à jus d'orange d'un uatre temps à changer immédiatement car éclabousse partout....), magnifique piscine, grandes chambres avec jacuzzi privatif). Personnel en général assez sympathique avec mention spéciale à la jeune fille de l'accueil (26 ans), très serviable et très avenante. Un grand bonheur de tomber sur des personnes de cette qualité. Encore un grand merci Mademoiselle, vous aimez les gens et cela se ressent, vous êtes vraiment faite...

「Such a welcome! The people running this hotel are very friendly. I visited end of October with my 10y daughter. She could play in the kids club twice a day (except Wednesday) and has a little kids disco in the evening. There isn’t much to do in the resort so this is a ‘quiet, relaxing holiday’ the beach area behind the hotel was lovely. If you want any ‘life’ Heraklion is 15min cab away for €14 with lots of shops and restaurants. I loved this holiday. 」

The location is safe and absolutely convenient. The room is spacious, super clean and stylish. It has everything you need. Staff is helpful and quick to respond to our requests. If you plan to explore the city of Heraklion, this place is highly recommended!!!」
