Located in the refined Hôtel de Turgot, on the iconic Place du Vieux-Marché — the beating heart of Rouen — this pleasant one-bedroom apartment welcomes you on the third and top floor, with a direct view of the square. Ideal for both business trips and tourist getaways, it enjoys a privileged location in the heart of old Rouen.
Facing south-west, the flat offers a beautiful living room with a sofa, coffee table and television, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay: oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as all the equipment you need to cook just like at home.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and storage space. The charming bathroom has a shower and toilet.
Le Nahiba promises you a stay combining comfort, tranquillity and an ideal location, just a stone's throw from monuments, restaurants and historic streets. Whether you come to stroll through the medieval streets, visit museums, savour the local cuisine or work in an inspiring setting, you will enjoy a unique pied-à-terre in one of the liveliest and most emblematic districts of Normandy.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park in the surrounding streets (according to the current rates) or in the paid covered car park at the Vieux-Marché, located just opposite.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation and to respect the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes.
Want to extend your stay a little longer? An early arrival or late departure option is available at a flat rate of £10, subject to availability and prior agreement from our team.

Please note that the building does not have a lift and the flat is located on the 3rd and top floor on the Place du Vieux Marché. Therefore, people with reduced mobility may encounter difficulties accessing the property.
Check-in is in person and is handled by Maître des Clefs. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
