「I like the atmosphere of the motel(overall design).The room was clean with comfortable bed. Big buthtub made us warm and release from tiredness. Most of hotels choose amenity made in China but this motel sticks to New Zealand made. It is important. The lady at the reception was pleasant. 」

「I was able to stay in a clean and comfortable environment. The room was equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which I used for 2 days, but the dryer often stopped midway. The location is convenient, with a nearby bus stop available. There is also a delicious cafe to the south of the hotel, just one block away.」

「部屋は広い。施設は全体に古びている。ホテル内にレストランは無く、歩けるところにレストランが無い。なにより夜間にたびたびWi-Fiが切断されることが不満。」

「近くにレストランやカフェが充実、ロトルア湖もそば。施設を利用する時間がなくて残念でした。ゆっくり二泊はしたいと思えるところです。スタッフの方々もセルフチェックインになるためにメッセージを何度も送ってくれ、あたたかいサポートを感じます。NZ初日のステイでしたので温泉で温まって足も軽くなりまた運転開始できました。駐車場も部屋の前に止めれるので便利です。」

「お皿は3枚（コップも2.3個）ほどあったが、鍋やフラインパンなどキッチン用具が充実しているとはいえない。お風呂の排水溝が詰まっていてシャワーを浴びていると足首の上までお湯が溜まってしまった。チェックインは早くさせてくれた。下のベッドにカーテンはない。長期滞在するならしんどいかも。」
