"We would return. We were quite impressed. Very comfortable and nice. We appreciated the great space. Wonderful pool area and kitchen. Communications with hostess were great. Wish it was self-check-in. We didn't get to swim so didn't ask for pool to be heated. Listing needed to be updated to read accurately, but logic told me three king beds probably wouldn't fit in one room. "

"We booked this home to be close to wedding on Manasota key beach. We were looking for a place our family could all stay together and relax before and after wedding that was comfortable! We were all so happy with home, this was such a nice house. I have rented many rental homes and never stayed in property that thought of and provided everything! Host provides everything you need! Clean, neat, decorated nicely with beach theme. Organized from dishes in the cabinets to labeled hot tub and pool remotes to each light switch. (I loved this) He provided extras like grill, kayaks, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers and beach wagon to bring everything to the beach. (So nice to have all this while on vacation) Even the little things like coffee, filters, dish soap, laundry soap garage bags. (The stuff most forget to provide or just don’t with most rental homes)Host David was amazing from time we booked! He provided great communication and we texted a few times while we were there just to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay! This house was a dream rental for our family and we truly enjoyed the house and our stay! We will be back!! Thank you David!! "

"We didn't really use the pool - ocean was very close in Boca Grande. We came in for a long weekend.We did get a lot of use out of the pool table in the evening.House was very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood"

"Beautiful home, crafted with love and integrity. This home is clearly not just an income property! The hosts/homeowner(s) could not have been anymore welcoming, friendly and beyond accommodating.. Honestly It felt like being at a friends house and that’s how we were treated, as if we were friends. A perfect family vacation of which we had the privilege to celebrate in this obviously well loved home! This home and hosts met our every need and there were12 of us! Thank You for an amazing trip!"

"Bluebell Villa is a beautiful Villa perfect for our stay with daughter, son in law and their 3 children. We know the area as we used to own a villa on Rotonda. "

"Our recent stay offered a good setup for two families with kids, providing a comfortable sleeping situation and ample towels for both showering and pool use. We appreciated having plenty of plates and silverware, and there was enough seating for all of us during meals. The bathroom conveniently located off the pool was a nice feature, and finding a beach umbrella in the garage was a welcoming bonus. An exciting highlight of our stay was seeing alligators almost daily!Areas for ImprovementHowever, we did encounter a few areas that could use some attention. The kitchen, while adequately stocked with basic items, lacked some of the "bigger" pots and pans needed to easily prepare meals for ten people. The washer seemed to take an unusually long time to complete cycles. One of the master bedrooms had sheer curtains without blinds, which significantly impacted privacy and made it impossible to block the morning sun. Additionally, a van stored in the garage turned on unexpectedly when we were in there. We also found the living room seating to be insufficient for our group of ten. The AC never seemed to make the house cold enough, which was a bit uncomfortable at times especially when sleeping. We noticed the pool area was quite buggy, so we'd recommend bringing insect repellent if you're planning a visit. The candles on the outside table did seem to help when we spread them out.Maintenance IssuesWe experienced a few maintenance issues during our stay. Two fans were not working"

"Great location, quiet community, fun and relaxing. Loved the canal in the back of the home.The pool was AMAZING,the home had everything we needed for a birthday getaway just me and my husband. We will definitely book again in the future. Elizabeth was amazing answered any questions we had about our stay quickly."
