「We had to wait about 45 minutes for our room to get unlocked since the room key did not work upon arrival」

「No fan in the bathroom and no shampoo, conditioner etc」

「Nice big room, comfortable bed, make up mirror in the bathroom. Front desk staff excellent. Did not try the pool or breakfast.」

「The most outstanding feature of this property is their staff. They were courteous and considerate and even changed our room after we checked in because we did not like the originally assigned room mainly because of where it was situated. I think this is one of the cleanest hotel in its class that i have stayed at. The rooms are spacious clean. If i am ever back in Castlegar, i am definitely staying again.」

「Rooms were quiet. Great breakfast; lots of protein options! We were in a pet friendly room on ground level and it was very clean. We had a room with 2 doubles and one mattress was collapsing around the edges. I was able to sleep in the middle but if 2 adults were in that bed you might just roll off the side lol. Also found the polyester filled comforters really hot (but menopause is a beast that way HaHa!!) Staff was FANTASTIC! Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. 」

「Clean to the max. Quaint and walking distance to the lake, bar and food and groceries. We asked the attendant many question and she was knowledgeable about everything. A great experience. I will be returning. Beautiful outdoor bonfire and grill as well. 」

「Room was great - the bed was so comfortable. Convenient location within walking distance of where we needed to go. We had dinner in the restaurant. Prices are more than we usually like to spend, but the food was amazing!」

「We chose the cheapest room rate and I suppose we got what we paid for. Towels stained and thread barren, shower curtain heavily coated with pink mold, all edgings black with muck that could be scrub brushed, walls splattered with all matter and in need of paint, couch was too dirty to sit on.」
