「Lovely house, well appointed with lots of kitchen equipment, toiletries, washer and dryer. Very nice walk in shower with large showerhead. Split system in each bedroom was great. Nice bedding and blankets. Just a few doors down from the lake which gave us a beautiful walk with our dog. Secure garden and ample street parking right outside the property. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「We had an excellent stay. The property is beautifully kept, extremely well resourced and is literally across the road from Sovereign Hill. Sofas in lounge was covered with stuff, like a dinner tray left out, clothing, bags of old stuff. Clothing A-frame was in the house. Sheets on the washing line outside. Stained rugs. Vomit patch. Personal phone numbers stuck onto kitchen wall, eg Service Australia, disputes centre, aged care help. Personal family photos all over the place including...

「Thanks for providing a very large, spacious home for our multi-generational Easter holiday (me, my husband and our 2 kids; my sister, her husband and their 2 kids; and our mum/nan).Beautiful clean and soft linen and towels. Great games room for kids and adults alike. Loved the long dining table and many cupboards in the kitchen). I made the mistake of leaving a cupboard full of our food and shopping bags (after our stay ended) and the hosts were excellent at communication and even sent our items...

「Beautiful, comfortable house in Ballarat. Can’t recommend enough, the house is so warm and the bed so comfortable. The yard is generous for our dogs. Ballarat was particularly cold over the weekend but we were cosy. The house has a lovely charming aesthetic. Sarah is a lovely host and very accomodating with a last minute request. We will definitely book again. 」
