"Room and building were clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great and proximity to the ports is excellent. We loved that the pier and restaurants are within easy walking distance. That being said the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance when we arrived, which was not communicated to us until we attempted to use the facilities. Not a big deal, but would've been nice if that had been communicated in advance via email or at check in"
