"This was such a cool experience with two of my daughters. Staying in the glamping dome during a rainstorm on a river was amazing. The owner was so incredibly helpful and breakfast was delicious!"

"We only stayed one night in the south tower as the north is under renovation. The renovation did not interfere with our enjoyment of our room or the breakfast the following morning. The view of the mountains from our balcony was spectacular and a highlight of our stay. Great breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. Beautiful patio looking out towards the mountains. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property and house was just right for our stay. Our adult kids are planning our trip for next year. Kitchen had all of the supplies to cook. Everything was very clean.The host was very helpful."

"Cute, cozy cabin in the woods. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of room inside. Very peaceful. Lots of beautiful land and wildlife to see on your drive to this property. Everything looked brand new-the cabin, appliances, tvs. We were in town for a baseball tournament, so we didn't spend much time enjoying the surrounding property, as we were mostly at the field. Short drive to town. Owner was very accommodating when we asked to stay another night. Cabin is stocked well with extra sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and even pantry items if you need something."

"This property is more beautiful in person than I imagined. Sitting on the porch every morning and evening, listening to the river was quite relaxing. The home is beautifully built and the neighbors are very friendly, and helpful if you need anything. The Host, Ashley, is very nice and easy to contact. She made coming and going easy. My husband grew up in this area and it was great to have somewhere to come visit close to home. We spent our anniversary here and I can’t wait to book again. The Elk river is a lot of fun to kayak and the trails are great for walking. This place gives the convenience of the town of Clay being close while still feeling secluded. Our dogs loved the porch. It’s spacious and was great for them to sun bath and play. The yard offered much room to play frisbee with them also."

Hike & Picnic at Group Getaway in Rosedale!

"Host was not responsive to either email or text message prior to arrival. Basic supplies were not available upon check-in, but host did provide upon request. The property location should identify that last several miles are on a single lane road with multiple homes along it. The grill at the pond was significantly better than the one on the backdeck of the cabin. Highly recommend replacement of grill at the cabin. There is a private pond on the property, but the hike is not for everyone. It would be a great spot for a grill-out as there is a pavilion and picnic tables and a couple port a potties. A hiking trail map would be beneficial for those who like to hike. One trail just suddenly ended as the sun was setting so we had to turn around which resulted in getting back to the cabin in the dark. There is some maintenance that is needed to the cabin. Overall our stay was pleasant and very secluded which we like."
