Charming 3-bedroom 5 Bed house with WiFi & extras in delightful Geneva

"My husband, son, dog and I came to Geneva for a few days. We stayed at Christina’s lovely home. When we arrived, we saw that she gave us a welcome package, which was very nice!We loved that each room had an electric fireplace, we got to use one of them. There was also a fire pit in the backyard with a hot tub. We also enjoyed the fact that there was an air conditioner in each room. We enjoyed the hot tub one night, didn’t get to use the fire pit because it was raining for a good amount of our trip. There was tons of rooms and TVs in each room. The kitchen was lovely with a giant table to sit at. The location of the home was perfect, it was right near restaurants and wineries. Their driveway was big enough to pull in and turn around, which is ideal. We would absolutely look to rent their home again if we’re in the Geneva area, which we usually come to at least once a year."

"Truly enjoyed our stay at Riverside Retreat! Property was private but short drive to Geneva, local wineries and Seneca Lake state park. Kids and dogs loved the yard to run. Property is right on the river. Watched the boats go by and fished right off the dock. Host was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. Would highly recommend !"

"Nice house in a good location. Scenic, elevated view of Seneca Lake from the deck is a highlight. Host Lucas is very pleasant and communicated professionally. A very quiet area during our stay. Close to the Visitors Center area for walking along Seneca Lake, Ten minutes to Sauder's, a great supermarket. Also, very close to downtown Geneva for restaurants and a good base for visiting FLX wineries. Boundary Breaks is a top winery and offers beautiful sunset views. HVAC system worked well and was easy to use. The washer/dryer was a nice convenience."

"We would recommend this property highly! All were delighted by the house, the view and the location. It was all a smooth easy transaction and we didn’t need to call about anything. It was a well stocked house with things like steamers, hair dryers, irons ect. Everyone enjoyed the Finger Lakes and this property was a big part of the experience!"

"We enjoyed our stay here! The house was very nice and clean. The fenced in area was the right size for our dogs to romp around in. The host was very helpful and always responded quickly. It is a convenient place to stay to enjoy the nearby lakes. It has a country feel to it with a beautiful star filled sky at night, yet very close to quaint little towns and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!"

"What a wonderful retreat! The hosts are warm and wonderful. The beds are very comfortable and you really can't beat the hot tub and water slide. Live music on the weekends in the summer is a blast, and its fun to watch the boats go by in the river on their way to the lake. The boat is docked in a working marina, with a lot of boat traffic, so that's just something to keep in mind. But my family had a blast sliding off into the river and living the boat life :) Highly recommend and we can't wait to hopefully return!!"

"This house has amazing views of the lake and sunset from the deck. The house is large with plenty of room for guests. The yard was fenced all the way around making having dogs on vacation with you easy. It is located at the end of a gravel road behind local farmland and is very quiet with little to no traffic. It is ideally located to Geneva for all your conveniences. Also less than a mile from a local brewery and winery."

"Stayed at this property for Ironman 70.3 Musselman and it was perfect. Great location to the race (about a 7min drive). Beds and pillows were super comfortable and kitchen was great for food prep. Living room is spacious for stretching and rolling out. There is an ice cream shop that is about a 7 min walk (for carb loading purposes obviously) and a drive through coffee / breakfast sandwich spot at the end of the street. Would recommend as a house rental for the race and would stay here again!"
