"It did not satisfy us at all. We left after 4 hours and did not stay the night as we didn’t feel comfortable to. it was a very tiny place compared to the pictures. The toilet seat was yellow, and there was no evidence of the place being cleaned. It was very dusty and the oven had a dirty pan in there. It looked like food had been cooked on it and not washed. This had obviously been this way for some time but the operator made it sound like he was just finding out...

The small two-seat sofa was not a sofa bed and no additional mattress had been left at the property. We contacted the host that evening and they confirmed in writing that there is only one bed and explained that an air mattress would normally have been provided for the children. However,...

"They sent me an email at the last minute saying that it was double booked and they canceled my reservation that was already prepaid"
