Do not stay during the summer since the property as no A/C and gets extremely hot in the summer months. Also communication could be better , we had difficulty finding the location an getting in. The place is really centrally located and overall very nice, if you stay in cooler months

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable bed but as we stayed during a heatwave the fan provided was not adequate so the room was constantly 31-32 degrees. The room really needs air conditioning. The restaurant below had very loud live music playing directly below our windows, which drowned out the sound of the tv and made it impossible to sleep. Also there is no hanging space or clothes hangers at all and the brand new iron did not work.

I wrote to the host multiple times and they never responded. The house keepers were nice and the location is close to where you might want to tour, but beyond that there wasn’t anything redeeming. In regards to the communication, it was so bad that I had to help some other people checking in to apartment 5 because the host did not send them check in details. They asked the restaurant downstairs to contact the host and then I helped them into their room. The place has no elevator and no A/C only heating. The futon is very uncomfortable and needs a mattress topper to avoid the hard part that goes all the way down the futon. The refrigerator had been missed during cleaning, but luckily the cleaners were there and took care of it promptly, they were very nice and more helpful than the host. The information book inside the room is also out of date. Different number of plates and utensils, we mentioned this to the cleaners upon arrival. Didn’t realize it until I began to sleep the first night, but the duvet smelled like body odor. I imagine it’s because they clean the cover, but don’t often wash the inner duvet. But during the summer especially when it’s been hot they should be washing it every stay. Due to the lack of A/C the windows had to be left open all night. Problem is there are both homeless and people who drank too much on the street yelling and fighting each other. Neighbors also yelling all night. No window screens led to mosquitoes biting us. The place was a nightmare

We really liked the location and the room was nice. The only small issue was the noise, as you could hear people outside and walking past to get to their rooms.

No Air conditioning! Bar under with loud party all night long. Windows open for air. You book this room only if you want to party. Otherwise you will be kept up all night long. 90 degrees outside and hotter inside do to restaurant ovens directly under room. It was the worst experience. Jet lag turned into nightmare 😫
