  • Bright and quiet penthouse on two levels (4th floor and penthouse level with a bedroom and large terrace). No elevator
    4th floor: spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen with washing machine, and bathroom
    Penthouse level: a convenient internal spiral staircase leads to the upper level with a living room/study, 1 sofa bed, and a single French-style bed, opening onto a vast (50 m²) flower-filled terrace with a 360-degree panoramic view stretching from St. Peter’s to the domes of the entire historic center.

    4th Floor: living room with a sofa bed, hallway, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom
    5th Floor: L-shaped living room/study with one French-style single bed and one sofa bed, plus a large panoramic terrace

Great location in the heart of the historic center of Rome. We walked everywhere - to the Vatican, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, the Capitolini Museum, the Forum. The Tiber river is just a couple blocks away and a delightful place to walk. The apartment was perfect for our needs, beautiful terrace up top where you can have breakfast with the church bells and seagulls. St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican is visible morning and night. The host met us as the door and provided great communication throughout. We would stay again.

We had the BEST stay in Rome at this property!!! Seriously if you come to Rome, this is the place to be. It is so close to many major landmarks, piazzas, and fun neighborhoods. The host, Guido, was so helpful and accommodating, and made our check-in so easy (helping us bring our bags upstairs too!). He gave so many helpful local recs on places to eat throughout our stay, and we felt very well taken care of. The property itself is so lovely, with a gorgeous terrace that exceeded expectations on views and vibes. The apartment was clean and cute, and between the two beds and one sofa bed, fit 3 people very comfortably. It got very hot out during the day, so was nice to come to back to AC. The shower is very small, but there was plenty of hot water always. The area felt very safe too. If and when I come back to Rome, I would love to stay here again!:)
