The apartment is in one of Rome’s most charming neighborhoods, just a short walk from the metro (Cipro station) and the bus stop.
St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums are within walking distance.
It features two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a dining area, and a spacious living room with a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix.
The bathroom has a shower with a NEW folding-door shower enclosure that opens fully. The master bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a double bed, nightstands, a closet, a dresser with a mirror, and a Smart TV.

The second bedroom, also elegant, is orange.
It features a built-in wardrobe with a single bed and a fold-down bed.
In the room, you’ll find two separate workstations, each with a desk and comfortable chairs, one of which is ergonomic.
The workspace is equipped with a printer.

The living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa. The modern design includes a chaise longue that can be used as an extra bed. A fifth guest can be accommodated only upon request and on an occasional basis.

Both bedrooms open onto a balcony furnished with a small table, chairs, and a comfortable bench for your moments of relaxation outdoors.

The area is well-connected, and just a short walk away you’ll find the metro station; in just a few minutes, you can reach various parts of Rome to visit the splendid monuments of this great city.
St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums are within walking distance.

Upon request, you can arrange a transfer service to and from Fiumicino Airport for 55.00 euros.

If you wish, you can also reserve a private garage for 20.00 euros per day. The garage is just a short walk from the house.

Identification documents (ID card, driver’s license, or passport) are required for all guests (including minors) staying at the property. The details of these documents will be submitted to the guest portal within 24 hours of arrival, as required by law.

The reservation is valid for the number of people specified at the time of booking.
The person making the reservation must also be present during the stay.
Guests under the age of 18 may check in only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
