The apartment has a bedroom, a common area with sofa bed, and a spacious living room with sofa + sofa bed. A small kitchen that remains secluded and a bathroom complete the apartment.

For groups, in the same building, 3 other apartments are available (4-storey building, one apartment on each floor), to share a unique holiday!

In the surrounding area, in addition to sites of great historical and cultural interest, you will find shops and boutiques for your shopping and a wide choice of restaurants, pubs and trendy clubs!

Access for guests
The privileged location of the apartment allows you to visit the city comfortably on foot or by local transport. Upon your arrival I will give you a tourist map of the city and I will help you with a list of suggestions for eating well and at a good price! I will be available during your stay to make your holiday unforgettable

Other things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building, without a lift
- The apartment for 02 people means 1 double bed, 04 people 2 beds etc. For multiple bed needs (for example 2 people 2 double beds, or 3 people 3 separate beds, etc), you will have to pay 15 euros for each additional set of sheets
- for stays longer than 20 days, there will be a mandatory linen change (sheets + towels) at a cost of 20 euros for each replacement
