Modern apartment of 130 square meters with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms located on the 1st floor of a historic building from the 1600s. Access by lift directly inside. It is composed of an entrance, a living room, a kitchen, a dining area, 1 room with king-size bed (70 in × 79 in), 2 rooms with queen-size bed (63 in × 79 in) and 1 room with french-size bed (55 in × 79 in). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. The apartment has free WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning in every room, sheets and towels, washing machine / dryer.

The apartment was totally renovated in 2021. All the rooms are very quiet, facing Via dei Vecchiarelli on one side and Via dei Coronari, one of the oldest pedestrian streets in the city, on the other.

Roma Vacation

We loved our stay in Rome. Apartment was exactly as described and in a perfect location. Great restaurants and wine bars are nearby and close to many of the main attractions. Our host was excellent and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome. We were here during a bit of hot weather and the air conditioning was amazing.

Wonderful stay!

Our group of five had an absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was amazing. We were walking distance from most of Rome‘s most iconic sites, and the street the apartment is located on had plenty of quaint shops and places to eat. The check in and check out process was seamless, and Flaminia was so responsive and helpful in arranging transport for us to the apartment and then back to the airport. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

We really enjoyed staying here! Hosts were very helpful and helped arrange transportation to/from the airport. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Good walking distance to a lot of sites and seemed like a nice, safe neighborhood. Would recommend!

Perfect spot in Rome

Apartment was perfect for us. We had 3 couples and one single. Plenty of space and everyone had their own bath. Great food and Church only a few minutes walk. Landlord communication and assistance was outstanding. Would rent again for sure.

Perfect place in Rome

If you are traveling to Rome, you will definitely want to stay here. Very charming, clean, and beautifully decorated! We had 4 adults and 2 teens and there was plenty of room. Located in a great area and within walking distance to shops, markets, restaurants, and many historical sites! We absolutely loved it!!

Splendid Rome Stay

Wonderful apartment, wonderful area of Rome. We wished we could stay longer. Hostess was excellent allowed us to check-in early as our train arrived prior to check in. Location! Location! Location!!

I cannot stress enough how perfect this apartment was during our stay in Rome. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and just as advertised. Loved the apartment

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment is large, clean, well appointed, and owners are very responsive. Our family of 6 loved it and would happily stay again. The neighborhood was also great - lots of cafes, shops etc. and not noisy at night.

Super location

This property was excellent. The location cannot be beat - it is walking distance to all of the historical sites, especially the Vatican and Pantheon. The unit is very spacious and quiet in Av nice area for informal restaurants. The host was responsive and helpful to us for arranging transfers. We were sorry to leave.

Very clean, well appointed modern and spacious apartment. Loved that the elevator opened to our apartment. Wonderfully located in the center of everything. Beautiful and Cool

During this hot weather in Rome, the air conditioning was like a welcoming blast each and every time we would come back from an excursion. The rental was clean, had plenty of space for 3 couples, and was centrally located making it easy to walk to many attractions (Trevi Fountain, Vatican, Pantheon, etc). Loved each night we spent at this location. Very pleasant experience for our first time in Europe.

It’s very difficult to find an apartment with 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom! And even a 4th bath. Wonderful for 3 couples! Very spacious, especially for Rome. Excellent, safe area with plenty of restaurants nearby. It was easy to get to many places. Very clean! Very well supplied! We highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing apartment, great location

Traveled with my husband and two other couples to Rome and this property was perfect - the setup of three bedrooms/three baths was ideal and the common space was great too. Flaminia was very communicative and the contactless checkin went very smoothly. She also provided many recommendations and arranged an airport shuttle for us. The apartment was beautiful - the photos almost make it look a little sterile but in person it has a great feel. It was also well air conditioned and very quiet. Location was great in that it was a short walk to many major sites but we were on a quiet pedestrian street.

Amazing vacation in Rome

I had the pleasure of bringing my family to Italy for a memorable trip including my 3 year old grandchild. We stayed in 2 units of this property and both were beautiful with a great location and views. The bathrooms were wonderful, the beds extremely comfortable and the properties included great amenities as well as an elevator and AC. Flaminia was an incredible host that arranged transportation for us and provided great recommendations for tours. We walked out our doors to great restaurants and ability to walk to many beautiful locations of the city. I have already recommended this property to a friend who will be visiting Rome in the fall.

Absolute Perfection in Rome!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our three couple travel group. It is spotless, in a very central location with great restaurants and bars within a five or ten minute walk. It is a five minute walk to the river, with the bridge to the Castle and Vatican City nearby, as well as the hop on / hop off tour bus stop. Communication with the manager, and the check in process were both very professional. The manager arranged a six person shuttle pick up at the Rome airport for us, which was flawless in spite of our plane landing an hour late. Upon check in to the apartment we met with someone to give us keys and show how everything in the apartment worked. The apartment is very large, the three king suites with en-suites were extremely comfortable and elegant. Staying here was a top-notch experience and I would stay here again and again.
