ROMAN DREAM I

La mia casa è situata in una delle zone più esclusive di Roma, Il colle Gianicolo. A 250 metri da Piazza San Pietro, tra Trastevere e Villa Pamphili, ROMAN DREAM è in una strada signorile che ci allontana dalla confusione e dal caos metropolitano con una salita di circa 50 metri. Immersa nel verde di alberi e piante, il mio appartamento è al piano terra di ingresso ma ha l’affaccio di un primo piano. L’appartamento è ristrutturato da poco con ogni confort. Esso è composto da un salotto con 2 comodi divani, cucina attrezzatissima e moderna, zona pranzo con tavolo e sedie, una camera con un letto matrimoniale king, comodini, armadio e un divano letto e una seconda camera con un letto matrimoniale king e un letto a castello con letti di 1 metro di larghezza per 2 metri di lunghezza, adatto anche ad adulti, comodini e un armadio. Il bagno ha una doccia abbastanza grande (70cmx120cm), bidet, lavello doppio e scalda salviette da arredo. La casa è arredata in stile italiano, accogliente e dotata di aria condizionata e riscaldamento in tutte le camere. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di far sentire i nostri ospiti a casa propria, pur vivendo nel cuore di Roma. Potete controllare il tutto sulle foto che descrivono la casa perfettamente. All’interno del palazzo è possibile usufruire di un garage sia all’interno che all’esterno, su richiesta e a pagamento.

Eine perfekte Ferienwohnung für Familienreisen nach Rom

Es war wirklich alles wie bei der Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist super zentral in der Nähe des Petersplatzes gelegen und gleichzeitig richtig ruhig. Der Service der Vermieterin inkl. Parkmöglichkeit wahr sehr zuvorkommend. Der Kontakt war den ganzen Urlaub über da und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank und wir werden die Wohnung ganz sicher weiterempfehlen.

Lovely well located flat

The flat is as described and very close to Vatican City. The property owner was excellent with communication and ensuring that our stay went well. We were able to travel throughout the city easily on foot and via city cabs Close to restaurants and everything else you need.

Excellent stay

Very spacious and clean apartment. My family of 5 - two adults, two teens and 10 year old - Had a fantastic day. Location was close to everything we needed to see, everything was walkable distance. Management is very helpful and always available with prompt replies. Would stay here again.

4 day stay in Rome

Very clean, nice and modern apartment. Spacious for the 4 of us. The host and her assistant were very helpful during check in and the stay. The location is excellent as it is 2-3 blocks from The Vatican. If you do have a car, keep in mind their parking is very tight. Overall, I would recommend this apartment.

Can’t beat the location

Rome is hard to navigate when you have a good location. Location was great close to St Peter’s cathedral. Great welcoming by Marzia. Clean like present in the photo. Thank you had a great time in family.

Lovely stay in Roma!

This flat is everything described - close, clean and wonderful! Quiet neighborhood and easy to find. A lovely property amongst the locals. St. Peter's is a stone's throw away. Close to shops and restaurants. Clean and modern. Owner communication was helpful too.

Un magnifique appartement bien placé !

Accueil parfait ! Magnifique appartement très bien pensé dans les moindres détails … c’est beau, c’est raffiné …cuisine et salle de bains modernes et c’est très propre ! Tout à coté de la place Saint Pierre juste en bas de la côte et donc proche aussi du reste de Rome à pied ou en bus … À coté des trastevere pour dîner le soir . Que dire de plus ? Je recommande fortement !!

Wonderful!

This apartment had everything our family of 6 needed for our stay in Rome. We liked that it was just outside the bustle and noise of the city center, and found it easily walkable to the Vatican, little markets and plenty of restaurants. It is up a hill, so the walk might be difficult for some. It was just fine for us, though. The host was extremely responsive and flexible. We would stay again!

Speechless service

We stayed from March 07-12, 2024 and from the moment we made the booking till we left today, the communication with Monica has been fantastic. She responded to texts immediately. The place is exactly how it is shown on the website. It’s very clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!! 10/10… Will see you soon!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We loved staying here! The apartment was clean and felt very safe. They had everything we needed, extra toilet paper, power converters, towels, etc. One thing to keep in mind is that this place is extremely lose to the Vatican, but about a twenty minute walk from the nearest metro station. The only things that could make this property ever so slightly better would be an extra set of keys (our group had two sets of couples and it would have been nice to have a set each in case we needed to split up) and a better organized information binder (the English section was not all together and I had to flip through a lot of pages to find all the different pages). These two things were not a negative to our stay here, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to Rome!!

Fantastisk lejlighed i roligt kvarter, tæt på alt. Lejligheden var spotless clean, køkkenet var top godt udstyret, senge store og gode. Vi gik rundt til alle seværdigheder og gik hver aften ned i Trasteverekvarteret og spiste på super hyggelige restauranter. Kæmpe anbefaling.

Location, Location, Location!

This apartment is wonderfully located and is accessible close to public transportation. It is located approx. 700m from the Vatican in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is in very good condition and is well-equipped with all amenities. Monica was a very responsive host and left a binder of information that was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Apartment

A short walk from St Peters, this apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood that has restaurant's, cafe's and small grocery stores down the block; you can also find multiple buses and a taxi stand among them. The air conditioning and WiFi are excellent, the beds very comfortable and the apartment was in great condition. Monica communicates very well and was a gracious hostess, never failing to answer a question or make good recommendations. I highly recommend this property if the accommodations fit your needs.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir haben 4 Nächte in dieser sehr empfehlenswerten Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehr geräumig, absolut ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet (mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler!) und perfekt zum Sightseeing gelegen (5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Petersplatz, Busstation 2 Minuten entfernt). Parkplatz in der Garage gegen Gebühr. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Wir kommen gerne wieder!
