First floor very bright 100 sqm. Netflix, 1 large master bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, large living room with wooden beams, a comfortable double sofa bed and a breathtaking view on the Pantheon temple.
From the lounge you can enjoy a view of the Pantheon, this is so close to you that you will feel like touching the ancient temple of the Roman Gods and Emperors. No noisy very quiet.
The flat sleeps 4 easily, with a super comfy sofa bed in the living room.
Located in the heart of Rome, Rome, Italy The apartment is very close to the most important squares and you can not miss the most important monuments and museum of Rome. Lucia is a brilliant host, she was so helpful and kind. Her apartment is in an incredible location, walking distance to everything. The decor is fabulous, plenty of space. Overall I would rate it a 10/10. If we are ever in Rome again we know where we are stay. Thanks Lucia for an amazing stay.

Great place! Lucia was so helpful and accommodating! Left us a delicious bottle of wine, and even arranged for a taxi for us to the train station. Very well equipped in a great location. Walkable to some great restaurants. Would stay again!

The character of the apartment definitely made me feel like I was in the middle of Rome. It had a nice view right across from the Pantheon. Everything was walking distance and easy to get around.

My friend and I had a perfect stay in this well-appointed, very clean, darling apartment with windows that felt like you could reach out and touch the Pantheon. Although we only had one question, Lucia was very responsive and made us feel so at home. The rooms are spacious, clean and cutely decorated. You'll be lucky to secure this treasure that is close to everything!

We had a wonderful time at Lucia’s apartment - what a great location and Lucia was so helpful and replied to any request immediately. We loved the area and enjoyed eating at the local restaurants which had been recommended by Lucia. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for a stay in Rome. This apartment, it’s location and the hospitality of the host, Lucia, made for a perfect trip to Rome. Lucia was in constant communication with us from beginning to end, taking all the stress out of arrival and departure. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lucia’s wonderful apartment. It is elegantly decorated, and very comfortable. The location is superb, being next to the Pantheon and easy walking distance to many of the main attractions. The apartment is tastefully furnished and also has the benefit of Netflix for when you need to relax. The wifi is super fast too. Lucia was a fantastic host, explaining everything we needed to know with some great tips about where to shop and eat. We would highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at this apartment. Lucia was so kind when we arrived later than expected. She was great with communicating before and during our visit. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We appreciate the effort to ensure our 7 month old son was comfortable and sleeping well. The view from the window is simply amazing. Location is ideal when visiting this great city. We look forward to visiting again.

Lucia was a wonderful host - warm, accommodating and helpful. She checking in on us a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything. The location is a great place to base yourself if you want to get to all of the main attractions. We enjoyed opening the windows along the front and people watching while sipping our wine before going out to eat. Thankfully the bedroom was in the back because it was a quiet place to sleep despite being right next to the Pantheon. Lucia's guide book was helpful in getting us some tips for restaurants etc. might need a little updating though. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Staying here was a highlight our trip. The location is perfect and right next to the Pantheon, we loved peeking out the windows to the piazza and watching all the people. Yet, it’s far enough that you don’t hear any of the noise. The flat is decorated in the most beautiful Italian way, it’s a real treat! It’s also fully stocked with everything you would need and in a safe area. Thank you, Lucia!

This apartment is everything it shows in the listing — in the morning we enjoyed coffee in the living room with windows open, looking out on the Pantheon and watching the crowds start to gather in the piazza. We slept soundly in the bedroom tucked away in the back, away from street noise (it was never very noisy anyway, since it’s raised up from the street). The A/C unit wasn’t particularly powerful, but we opened the window to keep it cool at night. Lucia was very communicative and helpful, and let me check in early. Her restaurant recommendations were wonderful.
