    First floor very bright 100 sqm. Netflix, 1 large master bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, large living room with wooden beams, a comfortable double sofa bed and a breathtaking view on the Pantheon temple.
    From the lounge you can enjoy a view of the Pantheon, this is so close to you that you will feel like touching the ancient temple of the Roman Gods and Emperors. No noisy very quiet.
    The flat sleeps 4 easily, with a super comfy sofa bed in the living room.
    Located in the heart of Rome, Rome, Italy The apartment is very close to the most important squares and you can not miss the most important monuments and museum of Rome. Lucia is a gracious, warm and truly delightful host. Her apartment is stunning. It is meticulously clean and decorated beautifully with homey touches throughout. Lucia met us at the apartment and graciously showed us around, making us feel immediately at home. The location is perfect. To have the Pantheon right outside our window is a memory we will never forget. It’s location is in a very safe area, and we were able to walk everywhere. There are shops, food, coffee, gelato and even a taxi stand just steps away. Lucia and her apartment are one of the many highlights of our visit to Rome. The words “thank you” seem inadequate for all your generosity and the joy you have brought us Lucia. Thank you for making our experience so memorable! Your kindness, professionalism and welcoming demeanor are to be admired. You make your country proud. If we are ever blessed to return to Rome we would absolutely stay at your lovely home again.

This is a beautiful and clean apartment with a perfect location to make your Rome trip an amazing one! Within walking distance to all the major attractions. Lucia is a kind, responsive and flexible host who made us feel welcome right from the start! She helped arrange an early morning taxi for our flight home and checked on us to be sure our trip was going well! I highly recommend staying here and getting the full Rome experience!

What an amazing place to stay! Right opposite the Pantheon - as soon as we arrived we felt immersed in Ancient Rome but in a comfortable elegant style! The flat is easy to find and Lucia was so helpful and flexible with communication about our check in. Visiting Rome requires lots of walking and we had a particularly hot spell for May so coming back to an apartment with air conditioning was wonderful. Our 12 year old daughter slept on the sofa bed which she said was super comfortable and she loved falling asleep listening to the gentle sounds of the pantheon square. We would absolutely recommend staying in Lucia’s fabulous apartment.

Lucia is an exceptional hostess. We couldn’t have been happier staying in her beautiful apartment. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location is fantastic, adjacent to the Pantheon. It was in walking distance of many of the major attractions, as well as restaurants, gelato and coffee. Even with the crowds outside of the Pantheon, the bedroom was extremely quiet. We also felt very safe walking in the area.Lucia was extremely gracious by allowing us an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. She met us at the apartment and gave us a tour and answered our questions. Her communication with us was amazing. She even arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the cruise port and another taxi to take us to the airport. We couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and hospitable hostess.

The host was so welcoming and warm. They maintained communication with us prior to, met us at the apartment, and then took the time to explain the amenities, local businesses, sights and addressed our questions. The location is amazing, the apartment is VERY clean and tidy, great water pressure with plenty of hot/cold water for shower and tub. This was a wonderful stay! THANK YOU!

Lucia’s home was spectacular! You couldn’t ask for a better location and view! The home was beautiful and the wooden beams above the bed were from the 15th century (amazing). The home was fully equipped. Thanks again for letting us stay.

This was such a wonderful stay—far better than a traditional hotel. I truly didn’t want to leave. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the spacious bathroom was a great bonus. There was also plenty of closet space, which made settling in easy and convenient.I especially loved having a separate living room where we could relax and take in the stunning view of the Pantheon—it truly made the experience feel special. Having a table to sit and enjoy takeout was another plus. While we didn’t cook, it was nice to have the option since everything you could need is provided.Lucia has thoughtfully equipped the space with all the essentials, and the location couldn’t be better. The restaurant recommendations she shared were outstanding.I’ll definitely be back!

What a great apartment in a great location!

This property completely lives up to it's pictures and description. Lucia, the property manager, was very helpful in all we asked of her. I still pinch myself remembering the view of the Pantheon.

Spectacular Pantheon Visit

We recently had the wonderful experience of staying at Lucia’s flat adjacent to the Pantheon. She is delightful and the flat, location and all aspects of her hospitality exceeded our expectations The flat was clean and perfect for us. Great location and communication. Amazing location

Lucia is amazing. Great communication and made everything easy. The flat is in the best location walking distance from everything also a great e-bike location around the corner. The flat is everything we expected the bed was extremely comfortable with the air conditioning, keeping the room perfect. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome.
