The house, located in an historical building and elegantly renovated and furnished, offers a genuine experience of art and comfort. Vaulted ceilings, parquet flooring and a canopy bed create an ideal location for couples looking for a romantic getaway, as well as families looking for a culturally enriching trip.
The apartment is a stone's throw from Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Sant'Andrea della Valle, Pantheon and Largo Argentina.

Other places of art within a few minutes walk are: the church of San Luigi dei Francesi with three splendid paintings by Caravaggio, Palazzo Braschi (Rome Museum), Palazzo Altemps (National Roman Museum), Palazzo della Cancelleria, La Piccola Farnesina (Ancient Sculpture Museum), Sant'Ivo alla Sapienza, Palazzo Farnese (Embassy of France), Piazza Navona Underground, Galleria Spada, the Synagogue and the Jewish quarter (if you do not miss the specialties with artichokes in the typical local taverns).

1) Be a green guest and make considerate use of water and electricity. Before leaving the house, please check that you’ve turned off the taps, switched off the air-conditioning and all the lights.

2) Please let us know of any additional guests sleeping in the house. Kindly note that this is a LEGAL requirement. Please pass on their documents as soon as possible.

3) We love our parquet. We really do. It has been there for decades. Please help us to keep it amazing by not dragging your trolleys and nothing with wheels on it. Also, if you have the nice habit of removing your shoes at the entrance of your house, please feel free to do the same here.

4) Please separate your waste, we have household sorting waste.

5) Please leave the house clean and in good condition (we don't ask to pass the vacuum cleaner or wash towels and sheets of course, but we expect you do your dishes and don't leave piles of hair in the shower and garbage of any kind around the house). As you noticed, we keep the cleaning fee on the lower side; however if the house is found in conditions which go beyond any public decency you might incur in additional cleaning fees.

6) No parties allowed.

7) Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.

What an amazing location to visit the sites in the heart of Rome. Easy walks to the Vatican, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum not to mention Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiore steps away. The apartment itself is charming, clean, spacious and comfortable. And Paolo is a gracious host.

This is a gorgeous apartment with old world charm that is located in historical district in Rome. The apartment is the perfect jumping off point to explore the city, and the kitchen was well equipped for making breakfasts and dinners. The accomodations were lovely and exactly as pictured. Paolo was very accomodating when our flight was delayed and we had to meet him later than initially thought. There was plenty of room for 3 generations of family to stay as well as relax during the day. It was very close to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. It was a perfect location in the heart of Rome to get to most of the main sites. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome.

The Norma was perfect! My family and I recently stayed for a week in Rome and this apartment could not have been better. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities and the host were all above our expectations. Paolo was so helpful with a transportation issue and had the best recommendations. We definitely recommend this apartment and hope it is available on our next visit to Rome.

Paolo’s home was very accommodating. The raised ceilings and picturesque windows that look out on the city offered something beautiful to look at in the morning. Paolo also went the extra mile with candy dishes, snacks, espresso, teas, toiletries, and slippers. The location is perfectly situated between Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona. Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Were able to walk to all the tourist hotspots. Paolo the owner was accommodating to all our needs and helped organise our taxi to the airport. Better than expected, very clean, and the only negative was the apartment was on the Main Street - so a little noisy. Otherwise brilliant!

We traveled as a family of six (two grandparents, daughter and son in law, 3 year old and 6 month infant). Paolo’s apartment was perfect for us in every way! My husband, 2 teens, adult niece and nephew stayed at this wonderful apartment for 4 nights prior to a cruise. Paolo was great - he was available to answer all of our questions and even helped us print cruise documents! Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay in this pristine apartment in a great location to all the sites. It has all the modern amenities and is in a secure building. Paolo was a wonderful host. We would definitely rent this apartment again. One caveat to the listing is that the lift doesn't actually stop on the floor where the apartment is located. It's one-half staircase down from the lift to the apartment. Not a big deal for us, but maybe for someone who can't manage stairs at all.

Paolo was a wonderful, communicative host. We met him at the apartment and he helped introduce us to the property. The entire apartment was beautiful and quite comfortable. The beds were great and the bathrooms were modern and well appointed. The kitchen was spacious and easy to navigate. This property is just as it appears online. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and very clean. Our host Paolo was there to meet us even though we were one hour later than expected due to train delay. He gave us a great overview of the apartment and was readily available with any questions we had; even sending us suggestions for museums and schedules. The location was great for walking to many of Rome's many attractions, but because it was on the main street it was a little noisy at night. This apartment is a great find in the middle of busy Rome.

My husband had a medical emergency so we could only stay the first 2 nights. Paolo, the host, was incredibly gracious to allow our nanny and her family to stay for the rest of the reservation. This courtesy was not extended by the owner of our following reservation in London which we had to cancel without refund or transfer, so we really appreciated his courtesy. Paolo met us at the flat when we arrived, he explained all in great detail, and was extremely helpful and kind. The flat was amazing, and had everything needed including A/C throughout, something that was much appreciated when temps reached 100 outside. It was incredibly spacious and perfectly located. We are hoping to be able to go back someday and really enjoy our time in Rome!!! I wish I could give this flat and host a million more stars. You will not be disappointed.

Paolo was an awesome host. He let us check in early with our bags, he showed us everything about the location. This place is centrally located in the heart of Rome, everything is easily walkable with the best Gelato place directly across the street. The windows opened up directly to the street which was an amazing view, yet at night with the windows and panels shut we could not hear a thing. Highly recommended.

The apartment was in a great location! Easy access to all main sights in Rome! The apartment was very clean and modern conveniences! Paolo was wonderful! Provided coffee and cakes when we arrived.
