It’s equipped with air conditioning for the summer and independent heating for the winter.

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment.

They will receive the keys (for both the building entrance and apartment door), which should be returned at the end of their stay.

To reach the apartment, guests need to take one flight of stairs from the 6th floor to the 7th. The elevator goes up to the 6th floor.
