This is a great value for the budget tourist. Location is safe, quiet, and 5 minute walk to the Metro or 10 minutes to Vatican City. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and anything else you might need within walking distance. Rooms are simple but clean and have air conditioning and good water pressure. I would recommend for someone that just wants a safe place to rest while spending most time on the outside touring.

Keep in mind that it is a guest house, not a shiny hotel, but you are not lacking in anything. The host helped us organized our rides to and from the airport at a very reasonable rate What stands out is the location, quick walk to the metro, and many things to do just in walking distance There are numerous cafes and restaurants and I want to make a special mention of these 2 that we visited multiple times and got friendly with the staff Il Tagliere Toscano Prati, just across the street Caffetteria Gracchi one block down, on the South West corner

It was an ok stay. The beds are comfortable and the rooms where spacious. The place is very well located and in a nice neighborhood. We had mistakenly thought we were renting an apartment; but it was two connecting rooms. Both rooms had plenty of space and were clean. I only have two observations: 1. the ceiling of the bathroom, right in the center, above the light, there was mold. 2. the blow dryer only last about 30 seconds on.

This apartment is in a great location, very central. We were able to check in easily and were very grateful for the working AC as it was extremely hot when we arrived. Lots of space for my family of four. Comfortable and homey. Would have been nice to have a few more kitchen utensils and pans for cooking breakfast but there was enough to make it work.
