We really enjoyed our stay at Habitat Monti. The room is small, but VERY clean. The location is great: all the tourist attractions are in walking distance, easy to find and to reach the airport from there.

Centrally located and in a good neighborhood — Monti. About a 10 minute walk from Termini and 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Lots of cafes/restaurants nearby. Hotel is more like apartments with no front desk on site (yet), but access is explained through messages. You can purchase a breakfast option, which are vouchers to a nearby restaurant. I found both staff at hotel and restaurant very friendly. Room was very clean and mostly new. In room coffee machine and tea kettle, plus fridge. I would have liked a shelf under the sink to store my things however. I definitely would stay here again if I make my way back to Rome!

The room was clean and decorated well. The bathroom was huge with a larger than average shower and 2 sinks . Tea and coffee facilities and water in fridge . Bathroom had toiletries inc shampoo shower gel shower cap soap and 2 hair dryers. My only issue with the bathroom was there were no shelves to put anything on.. you only had the sink … some shelving would be really helpful and another mirror over the second sink . My minor issue with the bedroom was the beds kept rolling away from the wall lol The main and quite stressful problem that I had was that I did not receive an email from the hotel as stated to give me a code to gain access during non working hours. This left me standing outside for a while with 3 children ! And the number on the hotel door .. no one ever answers. Eventually someone turned up and we got in .. they were very accommodating and let us leave luggage on arrival before the check in time and on departure we were able to leave our luggage and collect when we were ready using the door code to gain entry . The surrounding area is brilliant and literally everything is within walking distance. Ps the photo of building is not this hotel so don’t look for that building when trying to find hotel.

Très bien situé, chambres très propres et faites avec goût. Pas de réception en cas d'arrivée tardive on vous donne un code et vous trouvez la clé sur votre porte). Pas de salle de restauration pour le petit déjeuner, il vous faudra marcher pour aller dans un autre endroit ( pas pratique). Très bruyant, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans les chambres voisines et le couloir.
