Incredible Rome Loft

Everything about this property was fantastic! The host’s instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and just as inviting with INCREDIBLE views of the city as shown in the pictures. I have every intention of coming back to Rome and I hope I can stay at this property!

The most amazing view

Fantastic location. The apartment had everything we needed. Only minor irritation was the shower. Low pressure and ran out of hot water quick. We just timed our showers. Great communication with the host. We managed to walk to all of the major sites. Would use the same apartment again. Thank you

What a way to kick off our honeymoon!

This was the first stay of our honeymoon, and was such an incredible place. Views from all around, spacious, lots of storage, a lot a natural light.Shower is a little small, and hot water quick to run out. but that is my only complaint.Not an issue for us, but if you mobility issues, please note that you have to take stairs up to the penthouse, the elevator only takes you so far.The neighborhood is lovely, we will definitely visit again if we find ourselves back in the area :)

Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf dem Dach eines alten wunderschönen Hauses. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft schön. Das Apartment ist modern mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, sauber und hell und freundlich. Germana haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt, sie ist aber eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und half immer sofort via Mail, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Der Prozess des Eincheckens ist etwas umständlich, aber zu bewältigen. Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal um Rom jeden Tag zu erkunden. Die nächste Metrostation (Spagna) ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, man ist auch schnell an der spanischen Treppe und im Zentrum Roms. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es einige hervorragende Restaurants, z.B. das Vladimiro sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Bäckereien zum Einkaufen. Ich kann das Eagle Eye Penthouse unbedingt weiterempfehlen, es ist wunderbar.
