Just steps away from the Colosseum, Domus Erasmo is a quiet 50 sqm apartment with a spacious 30 sqm terrace. It is located on the 1st floor with an elevator and features a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.

For bookings of up to 2 guests, only the double bedroom will be prepared. If the sofa bed in the living room is also requested, a one-time linen surcharge of €20 will be applied.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Incredible location (16 minute walk to Colosseum). Safe and peaceful. Lorenzo (landlord) was kind, helpful and accommodating.Fully equipped apartment, including air conditioning and incredible blinds (roller shutters), keeping it dark inside when needed. The terrace is large and cool during high heat. A swift fresh draft runs through the apartment while opened.Outstanding place to stay, we will be back!
