You’ll find two elegant double bedrooms—one of which features a lovely private balcony—and a cozy single room that enjoys the luxury of its own en-suite bathroom. To make sure everyone can unwind, every room is equipped with its own Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and refreshing air conditioning.

The heart of the home is the modern, eat-in kitchen. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, from a dishwasher and microwave to those small daily luxuries like a Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. There is also a practical washing machine and a sleek second bathroom, making the morning routine easy and smooth for larger groups.

The "Rare Gem": Stress-Free Parking If you are arriving by car, you’ve found a true rarity for Rome. Just 200 meters from the front door, you’ll have access to a dedicated parking spot in a private garage (max dimensions: 4.70m long, 2.50m wide, 2.00m high). You can simply park your car and forget about the city’s traffic!

The Neighborhood The location is truly strategic. You are just a 4-minute walk from the "Baldo degli Ubaldi" Metro A station, your gateway to the Vatican Museums, the Spanish Steps, and the heart of the historic center. For shopping or groceries, the modern Aura Shopping Mall is only 2 minutes away on foot, with a large supermarket and dozens of shops at your fingertips.

Getting Here To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we can arrange a private van transfer: our driver will wait for you at the airport arrivals gate and bring you right to the front door.

If you prefer public transport from Fiumicino Airport, you can take the train to Termini Station and then Metro Line A to "Baldo degli Ubaldi" or "Valle Aurelia." Alternatively, take the FL1 train to Trastevere, then the FL3 train to Valle Aurelia, and you’ll reach the house in just a few minutes.

Late Check-in: For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.

City Tax: The Rome tourist tax is €6.00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights; free for children under 10), to be paid in cash upon arrival.
