Just what we wanted

A nice apartment in a lively convenient location. As others have said do be aware you will need to carry your suitcase up steep narrow stairs. The hosts were very nice to work with. The bed was clean and comfortable. The building is full of authentic charm and character. We had a great time.

Great Location and that’s about it.

Location was perfect. The pictures on the website are nothing like in person. The house was clean but very old. Walking into building was dirty and dark. Building is filled with Pigeon poop. Bathroom is small. Shower filled with black mold on grout. Shower can only be two to three minutes long the website never mentioned that. No blankets on bed bc the owner said that they do not use blankets in Rome. Toilet does not flush correctly. When I contacted owner he was annoyed and told me to push it three to four times hard to flush. Again this was not mentioned on website. The wash machine after one use, it was on hold for twelve hours and no place to hang dry your clothes. Also, when you left house with keys, the air would go off and when you returned to house after a long hot day in Rome your house was even hotter.

fantastic location

This apartment is perfectly located with access to all of Rome's main sites. It's decently equipped and a pleasant ambiance. The host was very communicative and accommodating, particularly when it came to a last-minute change request on our end. We really appreciated that effort. Just be mindful of the somewhat narrow and inconsistent stairs getting up to the unit.

Great location and accommodations

The property was well maintained, clean and welcoming. The location adjacent to a food market, lots of open air dining options and near to several historic sites made this the perfect choice for our family. Highly recommended!

Great location

This has to be the best possible location to stay in Rome! A ton of shopping and restaurants steps away. Easy walking distance to all major landmarks! Shower is very small and the beds are pretty uncomfortable, but the location makes up for it

Excellent space and location.

The apartment is clean and spacious. It’s in a lovely location and we would stay here again. Communication with the host was very sub par. Emails through the ap and texts went unanswered. A third party was used to complete the check-in, Vikey which did not appear legitimate, but we used after receiving no other communication about the ap. You must have cell service to open and close the door. Also the actual unit number was not included in any communication. If the host could send more info about the check in process this would be a 5 star place.

Greatest Location

Loved location. Can get to any place from apartment. Food nearby wonderful. Loved evening on piaza. Used to paper towels and bath soap in USA. AC great.

We are new to VRBO and did much research on the location and the property itself. The property was as described and the location turned out to be better than we could have hoped for! The owner was extremely responsive with one minor issue and once we figured out the process of checking in, it was seamless! Great experience!!

Nice Apartment with Great Location

We like the apartment and best of all, the location. It's one minute from a great piazza and so many good restaurant and grocery store and gelato place, and yet it is quiet. The building is being worked on and the apartment is a bit dark since the windows couldn't be opened all the way, as the owner had warned us. That really did not matter to us because we were constantly on the go.
