En términos generales, normal, limpieza aparentemente bien, pero la ducha principal tenia pelos en el desagüe por lo que el agua se estancaba (al final en medio de la noche yo mismo saqué el pelo y problema resuelto)
Dato importante el departamento queda en un cuarto piso sin ascensor.
En el departamento nos cobraron 30 euros por día, si por día, por concepto de uso del “GAS” que no estaban advertidos en la página de hoteles.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at your property. One of the primary reasons for choosing this accommodation was the advertised complimentary shuttle service to FCO Airport. When I booked the property, I specifically requested the shuttle service for 7 AM, and there was no indication at that time that the service would be unavailable.
However, I was informed just the day before my departure that the shuttle service could not be provided because my checkout time was before 10 AM. This condition was neither mentioned nor advertised when I made the booking. As a result, I had to make multiple last-minute adjustments for my group of 8, including children, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
This experience has been disappointing, as the information provided about the shuttle service was misleading. I believe transparency is crucial to ensure guests can make informed decisions.
I kindly request that you review this matter and consider making any necessary adjustments to the information provided to future guests to avoid similar issues.
