Beautiful apartment of 90 square meters, situated in an excellent position, in a residential neighborhood, but close to all the tourist attractions and landscapes of Rome. It is only 7 minutes walk from St. Peter's Basilica and 15 minutes walk from the Metro A, while, right in front of the building , we find SAN PIETRO train station, and the bus 64, which crosses the historic center (Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo De 'Fiori, Piazza Venezia, Fori Imperiali) to TERMINI station.

In the neighborhood we find the beautiful Villa Pamphili (one of the countless parks in Rome) and the Gianicolo, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city.
With a pleasant walk you can reach the heart of the city: Castel Sant’Angelo, Trastevere, Piazza Navona, Campo De ’Fiori.

The apartment, equipped with free WI-FI Internet connection, is very quiet and can accommodate up to 6 adults plus a child.
Completely renovated in August 2017 in a modern style and recently renovated, it is located on 1st floor and is composed as follows:
a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric and microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, moka,coffee machine, crockery and fridge). In the kitchen there is also a dining table for 6 people.
a large bathroom with large shower cubicle, double sinks, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
There are 3 bedrooms:
the medium-sized Pink room
the large Green room
the very large Blue room ideal for adding a cot / crib.
In this bedroom there is a comfortable sofa.

All rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels with weekly change, and are equipped with air conditioning / heating and TV.

In the neighborhood there are several restaurants, pizzerias and pubs and within a few meters you can find a supermarket open from 8am to 10pm.
Parking is available in the garage at a good price.

How to reach us:

From Fiumicino Airport: train line FL1 to Trastevere Station, then FL3 dir. Viterbo (one stop) or FL5 dir. Civitavecchia (two stops) to San Pietro Station.
Or take the first train available to the TERMINI station.

From the TERMINI station take the FL5 line train dir. Civitavecchia for 4 stops to the San Pietro station
Or from the TERMINI station take bus n. 64 to terminus.
We can organize transfers from Fiumicino and Ciampino airport.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Late check-in requires a €. 25 cash deposit, payable upon arrival.

The Municipality of Rome applies a tourist tax of €.5 per person, per night, for a maximum of 10 nights, payable in cash at check-in. Children under 10 years of age are exempt from this tax.

The host greeted us when we arrived. Check in was very good. She gave us a tour of the home, and reviewed a map of the area highlighting local restaurants, etc. She also provided some treats for our stay. The property was very clean. I would recommend this property and host.

Wonderful place for a Rome base

We stayed 3 nights with our family of 4. The place was immaculately clean, quiet, the beds were comfortable, everything worked and the location was great for accessing the Vatican. It was also easy access to historic Rome, either by bus or on foot. Our host Consuelo was so helpful and lovely. We’d definitely stay here again!

Adorable and charming

Consuelo was an excellent host who met us upon arrival and checked us out personally. Her apartment is charming and very relaxing, close to the Vatican and city but just far enough away to be peaceful. Excellent and we hope to come back again.

Vatican Haven

Consuelo was wonderful bringing us extra towels when we requested them. She left our family some welcoming treats and the home was pristine and warm in winter. My 84 year old Mom has some mobility issues but she easily walked up the few stairs. Location is ideal-near Great restaurant Creci.

Great Location, Helpful Hostess

The apartment is exactly as described. Worked great for our group of 6 adults. Consuelo was exceptionally helpful with check in and out times, and even provided a map with directions to get to all of the key spots. The location is directly across the street from the train station and bus stop. The Vatican is just a few minutes walk.

Lovely

Much thought was invested in making this property welcoming to guests. The owner was waiting for us, answered all questions, greeted us with sweets, even purchased orange juice. Rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, while the owner made sure our needs were met. We were within walking distance to a grocery store, cafes, restaurants, the bus and train station and the Vatican.

Comfortable & Accessible

Consuela was an excellent host she met us at the apartment and shared all the amenities with us. She always replied if we had any questions regarding Rome and getting around. The location of the apartment is excellent a 5 moniute walk to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to.the train station to.access the rest of Romes sights.

Roasting in Rome

The apartment was as advertised. Very clean very efficient. The temperature on our visit was oppressive which was nothing to do with the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Just don’t come in August when the weather is not pleasant.

Great Property in a Great Location

Our family of four (two adults and two teens) had a lovely stay in this clean, spacious property. The home was bright, clean, and had everything we could want to be comfortable. All three of the bedrooms were a nice size, with great air conditioners and comfortable, large beds. The location was amazing, with the train across the street and Vatican City around the corner. There was also a full grocery store just down the street, which was very convenient. Communication with the hosts was great, and they were so welcoming. I would highly recommend this property and gladly stay again!

Fabulous trip to Rome

We had a fabulous time in Rome. Casa di Rosa is well located - a 10 minute walk downhill to St Peter’s Square, plus close to the station for buses to the city centre as well as trains and a taxi rank. We were travelling with our elderly parents so the transport links close by were important. The apartment was on the first floor - just a short flight of stairs to the front door. Inside, the kitchen/living area had everything we needed to cook and relax and the 3 bedrooms were nice and quiet with comfortable beds. Would recommend the apartment. Consuelo was also very helpful in advising how to get around the city. Thank you!

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Casarosa. Consuelo was very accommodating and fast to respond. The place was immaculate which is very important to me. The hot water was a little difficult - but Consuelo was trying to fix the issue. The bed in the large back room was really hard and the linens were a little over used and coarse. But we overall had a wonderful stay. problem.

Wonderful hostess and comfortable apartment convenient to train and bus, 10 min walk to St. Peter’s.

Five of us were very comfortable in this charming apartment walking distance to St. Peters Basilica. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the kitchen came equipped with all we needed to make ourselves at home for a couple days. A few small markets are also a 5 min walk, as are nice local restaurants. The bus to many other popular Rome sites was easy to catch right outside the front door. The responsiveness and graciousness of our hostess was so appreciated! We had no idea what we were doing when we came to Rome and she helped us find the apartment via train from the airport and explained where things were. We had a safe and enjoyable stay!

I can’t say enough great things about the hospitality of the owner! She was so kind and generous, very helpful to us and communicative! The place was so close to the train station and bus stop which made getting around very easy. The location is quiet and peaceful. The stay was very nice, clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend!
