The apartment TRILUSSA has been recently renovated, and is located in a period building of TRASTEVERE. The house has a bedroom, a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, crockery, kettle, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with a view of Piazza Trilussa. The house is equipped with sheets, towels, hair dryer, soap.
In the heart of Rome, in a nineteenth-century building in the heart of Trastevere, is born the holiday home "ABITARE TRASTEVERE", a newly renovated and elegantly furnished apartment to make our guests' stay comfortable and welcoming. It is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday, study or work stay, including weekly cleaning, bed linen and towels. The apartment is located in the historic district of TRASTEVERE, known for its narrow streets full of history and full of restaurants and typical shops, pubs, taverns, street markets, street artists, museums. The apartment, although located in a neighborhood so full of life, is quiet, as it has double windows. The area is safe during the day and at night. The location of the apartment is central and strategic: from the windows you can admire Piazza Trilussa and Ponte Sisto. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Santa Maria in Trastevere, 15 minutes from Piazza San Pietro, the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Colosseum. A few steps from the apartment there are bus stops leading to the main tourist sites.
In 15 minutes you get to Via del Corso, for shopping, In Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, to the main MUSEUMS OF ROME, to the nearby hospitals FateBenefratelli and Bambin Gesù, and to John Cabot University.
To welcome you there will be the owner of the House, Elena, who will give you advice on where to eat and how to move easily in Rome.

Stay in Trastevere

The property is in a prime location, steps from the river and literally surrounded by neighborhood restaurants. Elena was an excellent host and stayed in contact with us throughout our stay to make certain we had everything we needed. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Rome.

Elena is an absolute wonderful host. She brought over her yoga mat so I didn’t have to bring mine. This place is so beautiful. Sun on the deck in the morning with the birds singing is very relaxing. This is the neighborhood you will want to be if you’re a foodie as there are restaurants in every direction. Cheers

Amazing stay!

Elena was very helpful she was right there when we arrived to give us information and a walk through the apartment. The place was immaculate! We loved the balcony, after a day of walking we would sit had wine and cheese bought at local market and listened to music. Thank you Elena 🌺

Perfect location

This apartment is perfect for walking everywhere in Rome. We walked to the Vatican, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, etc.. We enjoyed the music from the balcony at night and then shut the door for a quiet sleep.

Location and Nice, clean VRBO in Trastevere

We couldn't have asked for a better property manager than Elena. She responded to all of our questions, recommended places to eat, arranged for transportation to and from FCO airport. Her property is Clean and well maintained-fantastic location at Trilussa square, and it comes with a terrace. Many restaurants, pubs, along the cobblestone streets in this neighborhood. A highly recommend when visiting Rome.

Good location and comfy!

Location was good but piazza was in front of the apartment. There is music every day till about 10:30 pm. The crowd is young and festive and the reverie would go on till about midnight. The apartment is cozy with no living room, small kitchen, and a nice little terrace. We were there in late November and the weather was chilly at night but the apartment was nice and warm…The location is very convenient to all parts of the city.

Superb lodging in bustling Trastevere neighborhood

Elena's apartment was perfection: it was clean and charmingly decorated, and its location was conveniently located right next to the Ponte Sisto. Practical aspects that my husband and I particularly appreciated were the private balcony (great for morning coffee!), the water pressure, the kitchen stocked with necessities, and the dual pane windows for noise reduction. Of the latter, the apartment is right in the thick of a fun and bustling neighborhood, and our enjoyment of this neighborhood was enhanced by being able to retreat when we wanted. Would definitely recommend!

A wonderful place in Trastevere

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Elena was always responsive to our enquires, made check in very easy and had advice on local restaurants and sights. The apartment was clean, had great air conditioning and a very comfortable bed, and was in a very central location. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a wine, listening to the birds or the music from the nearby piazza. Inside was cool and quiet thanks to the excellent windows and shutters. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Elena.

Amazing host and location

We originally chose this place for the reviews. Unfortunately due to Mother Nature there was some damage due to rain a week before we were due to arrive which meant the apartment wouldn’t be accessible. Traveling from U.S. I was concerned where we were going to stay. The host Elena found us a place 1 street over with all the amenities. The apartment was very clean, great location, and the host made the transition effortless. I highly recommend staying in trastevere. Less crowded, walking distance to all the sights, great night life and too many restaurants to choose. If you are going to Rome please book either one of Elena’s properties. Best time

Perfect Romantic getaway

Elena was the perfect host from the selecting of the property to the check out process. She even secured a ride for us from the airport to the property. The property is conveniently located and within steps from daily live musical entertainment. The balcony overlooking the neighborhood is the perfect place to start your day with a fantastic cappuccino from the local coffee bar, to ending your day being serenaded by the musicians with a glass of vine. The apartment itself is clean and has all the accessories needed. Be ready to walk up a couple flights of stairs…but so worth it. Even though located near the piazza which has the live music nightly, the windows when closed blocks ALL the noise. Thank you Elena for a wonderful start to our Italian adventure…🍷💕

Don’t look elsewhere - book this now!

Location, location, location! Don’t let what you may hear about Trastevre being a loud, social spot keep you from staying here! There are two sets of double paned windows so the nightly music you hear from live singers at Piazza Trilussa goes away when you close the windows! TRULY! However, the nightly music is amazing! Sit on the balcony with dinner, gelato, aperitivo, or drinks and enjoy this slice of fun at what feels like your own private concert. The music usually ends around 11:30 but if you hit the hay before that simply close the windows! There are 32 steps up a narrow staircase to the door-large suitcases would be cumbersome but we only had small carryon suitcases with backpacks and it was very manageable. There is plenty of storage for your clothes, including hanging spaces. This is located a softballs throw to Piazza Trilussa and also directly across the bridge from Ponte Sisto Very clean, very up to date furnishings! Bed was very comfortable! Would absolutely stay here again if we return - no question about it!

Location was close enough to walk to all the sights. Restaurants and bars just out your door. Elena was excellent and helped us book our transfers from the airport and to Termini station. We would definitely book again.

Great location ! Lovely neighborhood with a wealth of restaurants! Close to most all of the top attractions. We walked to everything. The outdoor space is a nice bonus. We sat out almost every nigh lt listening to the sounds of music and entertainment. Washer was great too. Overall perfect place to stay in Rome.
