"There was a leak in our room leaving a continuous puddle on the floor, the sink dripped, and carpet was coming up in spots. The staff was amazing. There were angry guest because of 2 large busses taking up the drop off area, they handled it amazingly. The man working the dining area during breakfast was so incredibly sweet. The staff truly made the trip amazing."

Hotel is older, but under renovation to update it, so they were down to one elevator, which at times made it slow getting to and from the room.
