You get what you pay for. The rooms were okay. Floor was sticky, the smell was not ideal, and the layout is terrible (though that’s not necessarily anyone’s fault but the building architect.) This hotel has definitely seen better days.

It is an extended stay and they don't say that anywhere. The atmosphere was dark and dingy with an odd smell. I couldn't stay longer than 15 minutes before I left. I'm still waiting on a refund.

Booked the room for the 4 days because of the outdoor pool that was closed/locked up the whole time until we were checking out. Breakfast was great though!

The room didn’t smell the greatest. The water in shower didn’t t get hot , only warm . It was ok for a few hours stay before a surgery at a nearby hospital for the money .

The suite was nice and big, but the chairs and couches where stained. The stairs going upstairs where stained and dirty and the carpet was coming up. The bathroom door was hard to open it dragged on the floor. The bed and room was nice. Just needs a deep clean. Staff was friendly.

This poor hotel was one of the worst La Quinta in which we've atayed in. The facility was in desparate need of new furniture and draperies, carpet, etc.

Location was a plus, right off I-35 +95th. Just down the street from my comic show at the V. F. W. Nice size room with easy chair to watch TV. King size bed had plenty of open floor space around it.
