The hotel is situated in the beautiful Alfama district. Some might say it’s far away, but the hotel is connected to the train and metro station so it’s easy to get to where you need without climbing a million stairs. The hotel is also very sound proof considering we are just above the railway! We also couldn’t hear any other guests from inside our room which is rare. Great a/c and lovely bed linens made for restful sleeps. Would book again on our next visit to Lisbon.
