When I told front desk, she said they were everywhere because of rain. No apology. I stayed at the Leo Grand, 2 weeks before, no bugs. I also would not choose location again. Not convenient for getting around. "Stayed 1 night while flying out of Wien. Got a room in the first floor. Room was tiny, dirty, and smelled like sewage in the hallway right as you entered the bathroom. Facility looked dated (at least the floor we stayed in; don’t know if other floors are any better). Had to wait about 15min just to check in.
