Amazing hotel

The room was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. Large tv and the bedding was absolutely the best ive had in a hotel.

Best Value in Bentonville

My Place is the best value stay in Bentonville. The staff is incredibly helpful, the property is new and very well maintained. The rooms have a kitchen so it is ideal for short or long stays. I highly recommend it when visiting Bentonville.

Unit was fairly clean except for the shower/ tub which had hair in on the walls. Humidity is a problem in their rooms. We took a portable dehumidifier.

Good stay. Only issues we had was the walls are thin so you could hear dog barking from another room and either next door or upstairs probably kids rough housing at bedtime so you would hear banging on the floor. New place and it is very clean! Good location too.

Woke up in the early morning with bed bugs in the bed. We were bite on our backs and leg. My fiance killed the bed bug that was on her back. We told the front desk worker who was rude, not helpful, and not concerned. However, the front desk worker that came in for the 7am was very helpful and displayed great customer service. The general manager followed up with us and we met in person. She was compassionate, professional, and had great customer service. Overall, we had a terrible experience and changed hotels immediately, but ended with great service from the general manager.

Dedicated parking lot. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Zero amenities (pool, spa, etc.). If you're looking for a clean safe and friendly place to sleep... perfect. Turning left into their lot is unsafe. Multi lane highway with no stop light at the turn. Unfortunately, very close to the entrance to another highway and that entrance frequently backs up past the hotel. If coming from a direction that would ask you to turn left, don't even try if there's traffic. You might get lucky, or you might sit there for 10 plus minutes waiting. Better plan to go past and loop around so you can turn right into their lot.

When we reserved the room on Expedia we had picked the dates, but when we did the final checkout the website had changed the dates on our reservation. We didn’t notice it at the time and after completing the reservation it was too late to change it, they were going to charge us the entire amount of our reservation to change or cancel. After spending the first night in the hotel we had to go buy a dehumidifier because the room felt totally wet inside. The first night there it was very uncomfortable because of the high humidity. Plus, the bathtub/shower had hair on three walls. We won’t stay there again.

The rooms were clean, but no breakfast was provided unless you ordered room service and paid for it. No roof over the entrance so you have to unload in the rain if raining. Cooking is permitted in the room, but no pots or pans are provided. This might be good for some, but not for the average traveler. We would plan on staying in My Place again.

Hotel room was great and has a kitchenette in it as well. Bed was very comfortable and the A/C was nice and cold. Only downfall was the tv had issues operating correctly but wasnt a huge deal. Overall I will stay here again.

Very clean. Not too busy of an area. It’s close to the interstate and convenient to either Bentonville or Roger’s. Reasonable pricing when comparing to other hotels. Walkable to several restaurants and Sam’s and Walmart.
